ISLAMABAD – A sigh of relief for government employees with big increases in salaries that could impact on their lives and families as government is taking measures to pass on relief in Budget 2024-25.
It was reported that Pakistan’s federal cabinet has approved 25pc salary increase for public sector employees.
The incremenet applies to employees of Grade 1 to 16. Additionally, the government has approved a 20% raise for employees in Grade 17 to 22. Furthermore, pensioners will get 15 percent hike in Budget 2024-25.
